Counselling Psychologist, Counsellor / Therapist - Sonipat

I am a Counselling Psychologist/Psychotherapist, with a focus on queer-affirmative, neurodivergent-affirmative and trauma-informed care. I work with adults (18-40) navigating identity, gender and sexuality, relationships, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, college, work and other life concerns. I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space in English and Hindi, grounded in a Humanistic–Existential approach and an intersectional lens.
