What This Workshop Covers
A practical 60-minute online workshop designed to help participants understand everyday stress and learn simple, evidence-informed techniques to manage it more effectively. The session will include a brief introduction to stress, identification of common stress triggers, guided exercises, and practical strategies that participants can incorporate into their daily routines. Participants will have opportunities for reflection and optional discussion in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Suitable for adults who experience everyday stress, feeling overwhelmed, difficulty switching off, or challenges balancing personal, academic, or professional responsibilities. No previous experience with mental health workshops is required.

Approach and activities
The workshop will use a psychoeducational and interactive approach. It will include brief explanations, guided breathing and grounding exercises, self-reflection activities, practical stress-management strategies, and optional group discussion. Participants will be encouraged to participate at a level that feels comfortable for them.
